Job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, working across the entire stackfrom front-end interfaces to back-end services and databases. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Base pay range

$120,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and database structures.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern frameworks.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring speed and scalability.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • No bootcamp grads
  • Must have 3 years of work experience in the real world
  • Must have a side projects section on their website
  • Proficiency in a couple of our languages
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Strong experience with back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, etc.)
  • Expertise in databases (SQL and NoSQL, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web development
