Nortel Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Nortel Engineer for a long term contract opportunity to join an established Healthcare Organization located in Hershey, PA . This position is remote, but will require you to be onsite a couple of times a month. The Nortel Engineer s hould have experience in CS1000 systems and Avaya platforms to manage, configure, and support enterprise voice infrastructure

Responsibilities of the Nortel Engineer :

• Maintain and troubleshoot Nortel CS1000 systems, including programming and administration.
• Configure and manage Terminal Number Blocks (TNBs) and Directory Service Configuration (DSC).
• Design, implement, and manage routing within Avaya Session Manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable voice network operations.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
