Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Data Science Analyst with machine learning and Python experience. Ideal candidate will work on productionizing machine learning models and guide development team for implementing end to end machine learning use case. One will also have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients by connecting various functions of cloud components. The candidate will provide technology consulting for defining right Data Science and ML use cases. You will contribute to the development and deployment of innovative Analytics and AI solutions.

Required Qualifications :

  • Candidate must live within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Raleigh, NC, Tempe, AZ, Hartford, CT, Indianapolis, IN, or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Analytics / Data Science

Proven ML coding experience, good hands-on in forecasting skills (timeseries and ML based models)

  • Experience in GenAI, LLM, RAG
  • Expereince with Python for data manipulation, visualization and process automation
  • Experience in SQL for developing data pipelines

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Good collaboration, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt and engage across a variety of audiences. This includes significant written, verbal and data visualization skills to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, detailed, and concise manner
  • Experience refining user requirements, ability to analyze data to answer business queries; adept in quick starting optimization options to solve business problems using latest technologies in data mining, data visualization, statistical modeling, pattern recognition, and optimization across the chosen industry and functional area WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

    • The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
