About the Role : Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and sales? Metal Culverts Inc. is seeking to fill a position in our Inside Sales team. This role plays a critical part in estimating and coordinating the efficient movement of materials and products through our production process, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service and support

Key Responsibilities :

• Proficient in analyzing construction project plans for quantity take-offs
• Prepare estimates and quotes based on customer specifications and project requirements
• Communicate effectively with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Identify potential issues or delays in the order process and proactively solve them while providing exceptional service throughout the order process.
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage the flow of materials and products through production.
