Sr. Scrum Master

Overview

Position Title : Scrum Master Sr

Position Location : PNC Tech Hub

Locations : Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland OH - Strongsville Technology Center. Hybrid work : 3 days in office, 2 remote.

Intended length of Assignment : 6 / 30 / 2026

Reason for open position : Additional headcount, filling out a whole new team

Function of the Group : Combination of mitigating risk, reducing costs and generating revenue.

Industry background : Banking / financial background is a plus

Team Dynamic

Working on growing teams and standing them up. Smaller team consisting of :

• Couple developers
• BSA
• QE

Shooting for multiple developers, BSAs and QEs, with a few engineers around site reliability and DevOps — 8 per crew.
