As a Technology Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their computers and other devices. This role is perfect for tech enthusiasts who enjoy solving problems and helping others. What You Will Do :

• Deliver exceptional, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Identify technology issues through effective communication, listening, and asking follow-up questions while documenting details to provide accurate time estimates for the next steps.
• Assist customers in setting up new devices and advise them on whether to repair or replace outdated technology.
• Manage service queues and offer accurate status updates to customers throughout the process.
• Enhance your knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with fellow agents to provide the best service possible.
