Base pay range

$131,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Manage senior and supervisory Engineering / Product Management manufacturing staff and processes in assigned areas. Prepare, monitor, and ensure work schedules meet established project requirements. Provide coaching / training to supervisors and staff members as needed. Complete performance reviews according to established process. Provide on-going feedback.
• Coordinate the transfer of technology processes from R&D or other outside sources to manufacturing. Participate in design reviews / cross functional group meetings.
• Coordinate and track custom manufacturing projects.
• Collect data on capacity and productivity.
• Serve as technical expert for departmental staff. As needed, define problems. Collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and implement corrective actions.
• Assess staffing, equipment and workspace requirements.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvement and cost reduction measures.
• Review SOPs, MP's, batch records and other department documents. Develop and streamline engineering procedures and documentation.
• Prepare, monitor, and ensure compliance with the departmental budget.
• Ensure cGMP, ISO and OSHA compliance.
• Other duties may be assigned.
