Key Responsibilities
Administer the HCM System, Workday, for talent management data tracking
Facilitate talent review activities and assist in managing talent programs
Support managers with HR best practices and assist with employee offboarding
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or talent management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
Knowledge of human resource management and talent management principles
Ability to establish collaborative working relationships across all levels
Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
