Job Title : Training Manager, Midwest
Located out of : Las Vegas, Nevada OR Houston, Texas
Reports To : Senior Director, Training, West and Midwest
JOB PURPOSE : The Training Manager is in charge of training and coaching the West Retail Teams on a Dior selling ceremony & product to support the achievement of commercial goals.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop & facilitate Training Programs in the West Retail Network including brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremony
- Evaluate training and development needs of West Retail Network
- Strategize with Training Manager and Vice President of Training to revise or create new training programs based on business needs
- Lead productivity reporting process and partner with Regional Directors and VP’s to coach and lead underperforming associates
- Oversee orientation for new employees and store openings
- Communicate with Retail Leadership to evaluate training level of all employees trained
- Assist with floor support and spot coaching as needed when traveling throughout the retail network
- Provide post-training recaps to VP of Training and Regionals
- Track effectiveness of training programs, and provide regular follow-up to sustain findings shared
- Partner with Merchandising, Visual, CRM, and PR teams to develop product training seasonally

5 - 7 Years of Training experience, preferably in a Men’s retail environmentPassionate about fashion and the luxury business, avid follower of industry newsStrong presentation, organization & communication skillsStrong computer skills with an emphasis on Powerpoint and ExcelAbility to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areasAbility to travel +50% to support needs of the North America business and training prioritiesAdditional information
