The Position

The Public Relations and Community Engagement Specialist plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility and community outreach across our network of 200+ veterinary hospitals. This individual will work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams as well as local hospital leadership to support public relations initiatives, coordinate community events, and amplify our presence at both the local and regional levels with the ultimate goal of increasing market share and patient visits. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling and community involvement.

Specific Responsibilities

• Public Relations & Media Outreach

Develop and execute local and regional PR campaigns to support hospital growth.

Support planning and execution of community events, hospital open houses, spay, neuter and vaccine clinics, and sponsorships.

Assist hospitals in implementing localized marketing strategies to improve visibility and reputation.

Work closely with the marketing, operations, and hospital leadership teams to align community and PR efforts with company goals.
