LACHIN Architects, apc is seeking a Senior Architect to join our experienced team serving clients across the Gulf South region. This is a team leader position for a licensed architect with strong project management skills and deep technical knowledge. You will take full ownership of projectsfrom early design concepts through construction administrationwhile mentoring staff, leading client relationships, and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Manage all phases of architectural projects from Programming through Construction Administration
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and contractual agreements
• Oversee and partake in production of construction documents and specifications with high technical accuracy
• Review and manage quality control, schedules, and budgets
• Address constructability, cost control, and risk management proactively
