Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in replenishing shelves for order pickers and ensuring that products are efficiently palletized. You will use an RF scan gun to manage inventory and ensure smooth operations in the warehouse. This physically demanding role requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and you will receive training on operating a Cherry Picker. In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $31,200 - $31,200 per year, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
