Role : Supplier Quality Engineer

Duration : Full-time / Permanent

Job details :

• Lead Product Qualification Activities at Suppliers Product and Process Qualifications (PPQs)
• Contain manage and resolve Quality issues relating to supplier non-conforming components identified at Aero-Derivative Gas Turbine (AGT) at customer assembly facilities warehouses or customers globally.
• Manage suppliers to properly handle non-conformance issues.
• Assist with process improvements.
• Lead supplier root cause investigations and corrective actions through Problem Resolution process.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing capability issues within the supply chain to ensure business continuity.
• Identify and support cost reduction opportunities through interaction with the Supply Chain / Strategic Business
• Audit existing and potential suppliers to determine capability of manufacturing and ensure quality systems are in place.
• Develop supplier capability to meet current and future requirements
• Interact with customer-facing businesses to investigate potential product non-conformances
