This role focuses on direct patient care and involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities : Deliver physical therapy evaluations and treatments Utilize and manage rehab equipment such as : Splints, orthoses, prostheses Wheelchairs and ADL (activities of daily living) equipment Various therapeutic modalities Participate in interdisciplinary care planning Maintain thorough documentation in EMR systems Submission Requirements : Minimum 2 years of current experience – Required Inpatient experience – Required Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) – Required Meditech Expanse experience – Strongly preferred If you’re a skilled PT ready to bring your expertise to a collaborative and patient-focused care team, we encourage you to apply today.
