Carle Health is seeking a Bariatric Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Position Details Include :

• Join a growing Bariatric Surgery team with a BC Bariatric / General Surgeon and dedicated support staff
• Blend of clinic and hospital responsibilities
• No call or weekend responsibilities
• Schedule will be Mon - Fri from 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM.
• The Bariatric Surgery APP will be responsible for the delivery of care to bariatric candidates and patients as well as pre / post-operative assessment and responsibilities
• Be a part of patient treatment planning, counseling, and monthly office visits to review progress.
• In-office procedures include wound assessment and lap band fills
• Bariatric Program Coordinator, in collaboration with and under supervision of the Program Medical Director.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $59.38 - $77.20 / hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
