Job descriptionDeliver excellent customer service by applying Lowe's policies, procedures, and programs. Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe's specifications. Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on project priorities, schedules, and needs. Engage with customers to understand needs, demonstrate, select, and model merchandise; respond promptly to questions. Empty plant racks onto tables, align planograms, price, and color blocks as items arrive. Identify damaged or missing signage, displays, and collateral; order replacements per merchandising standards. Validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information throughout the store. Adjust fixtures, rotate stock, display products, and support materials using power equipment (lifts, order pickers) per service expectations. Complete service and maintenance tasks, entering completion details and uploading photographs to confirm completion. Maintain all displays safe, in working order; repair / replace as needed. Detect common signs of shoplifting, theft, and security risks; communicate them to management or Asset Protection. Adhere to all safety requirements : top stock safety, reinstalling safety cables, use of aisle blockers, tether line on power equipment, spotters, and safety devices. Less than 6 months experience in Live Nursery merchandising or general merchandising. High School or GED; Less than 6 months Lowe's sales floor experience. Experience performing product merchandising tasks (reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays). Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment. Pay
Pay Range : $16.00 – $16.65 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience.
