Hours Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm - an occasional on-call for weekends and holidays.

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. You'll serve as the first point of contact for many of our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Make outbound follow-up calls for service and sales
• Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple divisions
• Provide information and assistance to customers and team members
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and care
• Support administrative tasks including preparing documents, correspondence, and messages
• Conduct "Happy Calls" to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in after-hours and holiday call rotation as needed
