RBT Job Description
We are seeking a part-time RBT who is ready to bring energy, patience, and compassion into each session. As an RBT with our team, you will follow a behavior plan created by a BCBA while traveling to different session locations, often working with more than one client in a day. You'll help clients build communication, daily living, and social skills—sometimes through play, sometimes through problem-solving. You will track progress, share updates with your BCBA, and support caregivers by modeling strategies and celebrating successes. This is a hands-on role where you'll stay active, connect with families, and see the impact of your work in real time.
