Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient-centered treatment. Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule. Communicate to therapists on outcomes / observations of patient care activities. Help to transfer patients to and from facility via the facility van and assist in maintenance of the van when complete Qualifications License / Certification : CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise). Education : High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Has completed elements required for clinical ladder Rehab Tech or equivalent training in school or on-the-job training.
