$500 Signing Bonus for Certified RBTs (paid after 90 days).
Join a collaborative ABA team at our Roswell clinic serving children ages 2–12 . You’ll work alongside supportive BCBAs, OTs, and SLPs delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that changes lives.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD (1 : 1 sessions; DTT, NET, FCT, play-based teaching).
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a BCBA; collect and chart accurate session data.
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and peers; participate in weekly team meetings and monthly trainings .
- Primary setting is in-clinic ; occasional in-home or school sessions as assigned.
Schedule & Work Setting
Full-time : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PMPart-time : Afternoons 1 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 PM (state interest in evening availability if applicable)Work location : On-site (Roswell, GA 30076)What You’ll Love

Minimum Qualifications
Active RBT credential (BACB) at time of hire (If you intend to hire pre-cert candidates, replace with : “RBT credential required within 60 days; paid training provided.”)High school diploma or equivalent (GED)= 1 year experience providing ABA services to children with ASDConsistent availability for listed schedule; reliable, punctual attendanceSkills & Competencies
Applied behavior analysis fundamentals (reinforcement, prompting hierarchies, shaping, chaining)Teaching methods : DTT , NET , task analysis, generalization programmingBehavior reduction per BIP (antecedent strategies, differential reinforcement, extinction as directed)Accurate data collection and basic graph review using electronic systemsProfessional communication with families and teammates; maintains confidentiality (HIPAA)Team-oriented, coachable, growth mindset; de-escalation and safety awarenessOther Requirements
Background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.CPR / First Aid (or ability to obtain within 30 days)Ability to lift / pivot up to ~30 lbs , sit / stand / kneel on the floor, and move between rooms quickly to ensure client safetyReliable transportation for occasional in-home / school sessions; willing to travel up to ~25% locally as scheduledAbility to commute to Roswell, GA (relocation prior to start preferred if not local)
