Overview
The Project Coordinator (PIF) is responsible coordinate, track and evaluate PIF project activities, material inventory and budgetary constraints for successful project completion.
Responsibilities
Coordinating tasks related to PIF programs
- Compile or provide input for project status reports
- Coordinate and maintain the project schedule via MS Project
- Stay abreast of the project activities in an effort to conduct and document meetings as required
- Work with Project Lead to identify and resolve project problems (drawings issues, resource issues, etc.)
- Work with Project Lead to coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented
- Prepare price quotes for projects and track inventory of material
- Support proposal related task and analysis as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
