As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.Monitor logistics and distribution areas for any suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.Observe and report any property damage, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.Work closely with site personnel and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.Assist with access control by verifying credentials and / or identification as required by site policies.Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.What We're Looking For :
