Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Mental Health Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 12 / 11 / 2025 Duration : 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Position : Mental Health Coordinator – LPC or LCSW or LMFT Location : Eloy, AZ Schedule : 40 hours / week, typically 5x8 days.
