The Compliance Manager will be responsible for leading the compliance discipline across Novacore while reporting to and supporting the General Counsel. This role includes overseeing compliance and governance program(s) managing business-specific regulatory risks and providing guidance to ensure compliance across all business segments.

The ideal candidate will be a credible and trusted resource for teams in product underwriting operations and claims offering regulatory guidance and ensuring compliance with state requirements. This role will partner with Segment Presidents and Leadership to bring consistency in the execution of and reporting for core compliance functions.

Someone who possesses strong expertise in implementing compliance programs a thorough understanding of insurance risk and regulatory requirements exceptional self-motivation and proven ability to collaborate effectively will succeed in this role.

• Preferred location of this role will be in our Plano TX Office. Our corporate home office is in Conshohocken PA.

Responsibilities

Conduct proactive regulatory audits to assess internal processes identify potential gaps and recommend corrective actions.
