The individual will play an integral role in identifying and executing buyside and sell-side, public and private, domestic and cross border M&A and Capital Markets transactions. The individual will work directly with the Group Heads and receive considerable responsibility throughout the course of each project, playing an integral role in each phase of an assignment, from the conceptual stages through completion. Along with other professionals, the successful candidate will also have responsibility to maintain certain M&A / Capital Markets related materials to be utilized in pitching assignments or on executing deals as needed.
This position is based in our Boston office with a hybrid schedule (optional WFH Mondays & Fridays).
