Happy Daz Restaurants is looking for an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to help lead one of our fast-paced, guest-focused locations. We're seeking someone who takes ownership, builds strong teams, and keeps the operation running smoothly.

What You'll Do :

Lead daily operations with a hands-on, team-first approach

Manage scheduling, training, coaching, and performance

Drive food quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency

Collaborate with upper management on goals and standards

What We're Looking For :

2+ years experience in quick service or fast casual management

Strong communication and leadership skills
