About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

License : Must have an active nursing license

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Must-Have : Must have scrub / tech experience for bronchoscopies, EGD, and colonoscopies

Description :

Must be able to scrub and assist in bronchoscopies, esophagogastroduodenoscopies (EGD), and colonoscopies.

The role involves pre-screening patients and preparing them for procedures.

Experience in performing colonoscopies and EGD is essential.

Knowledge of bronchoscopic techniques is required.

Additional skills in endobronchial ultrasound, ERCP, and inpatient care are beneficial.

Travel experience is required.

Candidates should be flexible to float to other facilities.

The position requires working with adult and geriatric patients.

Daily census may vary from 5 to 20 patients.

Interdisciplinary support is available, including radiology and pharmacy services.

This role will involve patient care for various GI diagnoses, including workup for transplant patients.
