Job Details

• Estimate new projects, then perform project management with a Superintendent that runs the field
• Ensure accurate / quality / competitive / profitable estimates, evaluate risks, estimate from blueprints, proposals, specs / scopes / contracts / drawings / budgets, bid docs / strategies / deadlines, and follow estimating procedures
• Lead / coordinate projects / teams, client / sub / vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule / profitable, resolve issues, prioritize / delegate tasks, and organize / track materials / resources
• Ensure project deadlines / efficiency, control job costs, project logs / docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule

Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Assistant Project Manager on commercial painting projects
• Estimating software experience
