General Manager Position

The General Manager provides passion, leadership, and strategic direction while upholding Wally's standards of excellence. They are responsible for overseeing all store operations, managing personnel, ensuring product quality, and delivering superior guest service. The General Manager serves as the primary driver of culture, accountability, and performance, working a minimum of 50 hours per week, including most weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Leadership & Culture

Foster a positive, high-performance workplace built on Wally's values, policies, and procedures.

Recruit, hire, develop, and retain strong leaders and team members across all departments.

Ensure execution of daily operations across all departments, providing support during peak times.

Manage store budgets, control labor and overtime, and ensure profitable operations.

Maintain strong communication with Wally's corporate leadership and Insperity.

Perform additional duties as required and / or assigned.
