Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR Lead (Higher Education).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Core HR workstream during the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation lifecycle

Conduct requirements workshops, document business processes, and prepare fit-gap analysis specific to higher education HR operations

Configure and validate Oracle Cloud Core HR setups to meet institutional and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Core HR Functional Lead on Oracle Cloud HCM implementations

Higher Education industry experience with a deep understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance unique to academic institutions

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and testing

Demonstrated experience conducting fit-gap workshops, CRP / UAT / SIT, and leading production cutover planning

Prior participation in multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM or comparable HRIS implementations
