Part-Time Physiatrist

• This position is part-time
• 618 Maple Valley Drive, Farmington, MO Under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership and according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral, standards of treatment, performs objective assessments, as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians. General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Current / Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice
• Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period. Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric patients Skills and
• Must have general knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for a diverse number and types of diagnoses. Must demonstrate competency in equipment used for the delivery of modalities. We Offer Great
