HVAC Mechanic

What You'll Do - Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential & commercial) - Perform routine inspections, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - Ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA safety standards - Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution - Mentor junior technicians and support team development What We're Looking For - Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC service experience - Strong knowledge of HVAC / R systems - Ability to read schematics and blueprints - EPA Universal Certification preferred - Refrigeration experience is a plus - Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills - Professional appearance and positive attitude - Must provide own tools and appropriate workwear - Clean driving record (Company truck provided) Compensation & Benefits - Competitive pay : $22.00 - $35.00 / hour or $44,000 - $70,000 / year (based on experience) - Quarterly performance bonuses & commission pay - Overtime opportunities - Paid time off (PTO) & holidays - Health, dental, vision, and life insurance - Simple IRA retirement plan - Company truck provided - Career advancement opportunities Schedule - Monday to Friday (Day Shift) - On-call rotation, occasional weekends & overtime Why A Stepping Stone, Inc?
