Mid-Level Linux Systems Administrator (TS / SCI w / Poly Required)

A day in the life :

We are looking for a Linux System Administrator to join a mission critical software development effort that provides automated and assisted data processing, analysis, and reporting to the customer. In this role, you will join an operations support team responsible for supporting the overall architecture / enterprise. For this position, you should be able to work independently, learn new tasks over time and can expect to :

• Perform Linux system administration
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues with Elastic products such as Grafana and Kibana
• Work with Jira for workflow management (ticketing)
• Use Confluence for documentation and artifact sharing
• Provision virtual machine resources
• Use TPAM for account management
• Coordinate planned and unplanned outages
• Work with the division wide lab for development and testing support
• Review security scans, identify actions, and work with appropriate teams to take corrective action.
