    What You’ll Do

  • Represent clients in :
  • District & Circuit Courts
  • Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission
  • Manage your own  personal injury and workers’ compensation caseload
  • Conduct  legal research and writing  to support litigation
  • Handle  discovery, depositions, and client interviews
  • Draft  pleadings, legal memoranda, and appellate briefs
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Participate in firm-sponsored  community outreach events
  • Other tasks as assigned — you're part of a team, and we pitch in where needed
