Job descriptionMust Have Valid Drivers License EPA Certification Required NATE Certified Preferred, but not required Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends Must be able to use a tablet, smart phone and follow GPS. Must pass a background check once hired Must have a minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience High level of customer service Possess good oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills. Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations. Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior. Provide Excellent Customer Service. Show up on time. Physical Demands : Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.
Probationary Period : All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work
