The Foundation for American Innovation (FAI) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2014 with a mission to develop technology, talent, and ideas that support a better, freer, and more abundant future. Ours is a politics of builders, hackers, and founders working to advance a more perfect union between technology and the American republic.

To further this mission, FAI is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the operational and logistical execution of FAIs artificial intelligence policy programming. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Conservative AI Policy Fellowship, major events, and new programs run smoothly and effectively.

This full-time position is based in Washington, DC. The role is ideal for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-moving environments and can keep complex projects on track.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will play a central role in ensuring the success of FAIs AI policy initiatives. Responsibilities include :

• Managing the logistics of the Conservative AI Policy Fellowship , including scheduling, communications, and day?of execution.
• Owning operations and coordination for new programs and events , ensuring all initiatives of the AI Policy Team are executed seamlessly.
• Provide operational support to the Director of AI Policy and Senior Fellows for hiring processes, grant writing, and the build?out of internal systems.
• Enhancing coordination within the AI Policy Team , by facilitating meetings, tracking priorities, and ensuring clarity and accountability across the team and collaborators.
