Licensed Clinical Therapist - Group Facilitator

At The Refuge, a Healing Place, we specialize in unraveling the trauma story, understanding the addiction / mental health disorder and creating a recovery story! We are a residential treatment center specializing in trauma treatment, substance use disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, and other mental health disorders.

• Primary Therapist Responsibilities
• Conduct psychosocial assessment and develop an initial treatment plan
• Conduct individual, group, or family sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan of the clients.
• May assist in educating and training staff on behavior management or therapeutic crisis intervention.
• Provide case management, discharge planning or after-care planning according to treatment plan
• Facilitate therapy groups on weekly basis for clients
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always. When client needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize the client safety is a top priority.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
• Job Requirements
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other relevant Human Services discipline required
• Two years of equivalent work experience preferred
• Current LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or Registered Intern in Florida preferred

Pay : From $28.00 per hour
