As the first face our guests see, you’ll set the tone for an unforgettable experience while also helping coordinate takeout orders. What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with a big smile and upbeat energy – you're their first impression of Cha Cha’s!
• Manage the reservation system and ensure smooth seating flow for an exceptional dining experience.
• Handle takeout orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring every meal is as perfect to-go as it is at the table.
• Support your teammates with a can-do attitude while bringing your personal sparkle to every shift.
