Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals and the company’s “challenger‑mindset” culture.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (including business, regulatory, IT, and external stakeholders) to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver recommendations.
- Manage end‑to‑end project or program delivery, including scheduling, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and documentation.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences, supporting alignment and decision‑making.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, maintain procedures and ensure consistent standards across functions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering, Data Analysis) or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 + years of related experience in analysis, project / program delivery, data interpretation, or solution design in a business / technical environment.Demonstrated experience with data analytics, reporting, presentation of insights, and ability to translate complex information for varied audiences.Strong skills in communication (written and verbal), stakeholder management, prioritization, problem‑solving, and adaptability.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaboration tools (e.g., Teams) and comfort working independently and as part of a team.Work Environment :
Office / hybrid setup (remote + on‑site work) in a corporate setting.Requires frequent computer use, extended periods of sitting or standing, and typical office equipment use.Occasional physical activity such as walking around the facility or moving light objects may be required.What’s Offered :
