Job description

Customer Service - eCommerce Operations Specialist

The eCommerce and Operations Specialist provides front-line support for online platforms, including eCommerce, Sales, and Marketing websites. This role ensures seamless customer experience by handling incoming support inquiries via email, chat, and phone, while also assisting with account setup, access management, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly to eCommerce and Sales Center support emails, chat messages, and phone calls.

Process and fulfill requests for new company and user account creation.

Assist customers with password resets, login issues, and account access troubleshooting.

Provide courteous, professional communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage incoming marketing website support inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or content-related issues efficiently.

Maintain and send weekly call logs and support activity reports to relevant stakeholders.

2 years of Customer Service or ECommerce operations experience is required.

Hours for this Customer Service position are M-F 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm

Pay for this Customer Service position is $30.00 per hour
