We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Development to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead two essential functions : Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Advisor Team Recruitment.
As the primary contact for M&A opportunities, you will manage outreach initiatives and build robust relationships with prospective sellers. You will collaborate closely with senior partners to effectively convey our compelling value proposition and partnership model.
For Advisor Team Recruitment, your focus will be on nurturing relationships with advisor teams and external recruiters. You will become a trusted ambassador of our firm’s culture, platform, and supportive structure.
The ideal candidate will possess a portable book of high-net-worth clientele and demonstrate a significant presence in the industry. You will represent our firm at various events and leverage your extensive networks to amplify visibility and tap into new sourcing opportunities.
Our firm is a rapidly growing, independently owned, fee-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with an advisor-centric, fully remote culture. We provide a comprehensive W-2 support model alongside a dedicated investment team that enhances client connectivity and fosters business referrals.
