StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a leadership opportunity at a combined Emergency Room and Urgent Care facility in West Carmel / Zionsville, Indiana. This position blends clinical practice with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties, while leading a high-performing, patient-focused team.

Position Highlights :

• Leadership Role : Clinical + Medical Director duties with stipend
• Annual ED Volume : 23,321 visits
• Daily Physician Coverage : 24 hours
• Daily APC Coverage : 8 hours
• ED Beds : 12 with Fast Track available
• Hospital Beds : 0 (free-standing ER / urgent care setting)
• Acuity Level : Low to Medium with 1–2% admission rate
• Trauma Level : Not designated
• Hospital Medicine Program : Not available
