Title : Regional Supervisor
Location : Houston, TX
Pay : $21 per hour
Employment Type : Full-Time
Must possess a valid level 3 guard card
Daily pay options are available, get paid as soon as the next day
Responsibilities
- The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employees, enforcing policies, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing CGS guards.
- Supervisors will cover multiple sites throughout the Houston Area and report directly to the Operations Manager, but will also follow any request from other members of management.
- This position requires the use of a company vehicle.

Roles and responsibilities
Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS's primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to effectively meet their needs.Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards / officers they supervise.Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations.Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.Looking for someone who has
