Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and oversee data migration projects from legacy systems to modern platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis
• 7+ years Proven experience in leading data migration projects
• Strong understanding of data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
• Experience with modernization of applications like TMSIS
• Background in community engagement and designing campaigns for system updates
• Familiarity with legacy systems such as TWC, BHN, and COR Portal
