Introduction

Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting Cloud migration initiative. We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in Genesys contact center solutions to contribute to our innovative projects. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 years of development and implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions (On-premise and Cloud).
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Genesys software and hardware components.
Strong experience with Genesys Framework, including IVR development, scripting, routing strategy, and reporting.
Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience coordinating with tech partners and product vendors.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with NICE, Virtual Hold, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).

Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Genesys Cloud implementation and application rehost.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Deliver specific workstreams in the Cloud migration initiative.

Coordinate with LOB and Ops stakeholders.

Utilize Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, and tools to build integrations and extensions.

Arrange and write design documents.
