This is a remote position.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
- Oversee social media management and engagement
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations
- Handle invoicing and manage payment processing
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Provide excellent client care and support
- Assist with light event planning and coordination
- Manage and organize email correspondence
- Help create and maintain procedural documents
- Manage newsletters for distribution

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistantFully equipped home office, including :A computer with the full version of MS Office 365High-speed internet accessA smartphone with email capabilityA computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetingsStrong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software)Excellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityNote
This is a 1099 contractor position.The role is fully remote.A background check is required prior to contracting with us.We are seeking candidates with availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).
