• No Insurance Billing - 100% funded by the Regional Center.
• Unique Population - Work with dually diagnosed individuals (ages 12-17 or 18+) with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions (e.g., autism, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety).
• Small Caseload - One residential home per BCBA, allowing for deep, meaningful clinical work.
• No Travel Required - All services are provided on-site.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration - Work alongside clinical psychologists, nurses, administrators, and other experienced BCBAs to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Flexible Hours - Primarily 8-5 with some PM / NOC supervision.
• Administrative Support - Scheduling and paperwork handled by our admin team.
• Ongoing Mentorship - Collaborate closely with a local Clinical Director, PhDs, and BCBA-Ds.
