Our client, a leading organization in retail marketing, is seeking a USA - e-Commerce Specialist to join their team. As an e-Commerce Specialist , you will be part of the Digital Marketing Department supporting the e-Commerce and Retail Media teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a passion for driving digital growth, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : USA - e-Commerce Specialist

Location : Hoboken, NJ (2 days onsite)

Pay Range : $50-56

Contract : 1 Year (extension possible)

What's the Job?

• Support the execution and optimization of e-Commerce strategies across digital platforms, primarily focusing on Amazon retail media campaigns.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital shelf strategies that enhance brand visibility and conversion rates.
• Manage digital content and promotional activities to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
• Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
