A company is looking for an IT Support Technician II (Overnight).
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key layer of support, communicating availability and scheduling client responsibilities
Handle proactive and reactive tickets, escalating only when necessary
Engage in proactive maintenance, review performance KPIs, and develop knowledge of internal systems and client technology solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT, particularly in help desk and customer support
Proficiency in various business technologies and cloud infrastructure components
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable internet connection
B2 or higher proficiency in English
Availability for overnight shifts from 9 : 00pm - 6 : 00am Pacific Time
