Role Overview

We’re seeking a precise, safety-conscious Industrial Painter to apply aerospace coatings efficiently and consistently on second shift.

Schedule

  • 2nd shift
  • Five days per week
  • Eight-hour shifts
  • 2 : 00pm–10 : 30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to parts quickly, accurately, and safely.
  • Load / unload items from paint booths, drying racks, and related fixtures.
  • Perform cleaning and preparation before and after paint.
  • Mask parts per blueprints, travelers, or other documented instructions.
  • Stage products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspection, or wrapping.
  • Verify finished work meets quality standards.
  • Start machines / equipment to execute paint and related processes.
  • Operate paint-process equipment and instruments safely and efficiently; assist other operators when needed.
  • Keep the booth, tools, and work cell clean and orderly.
  • Follow all storage and material handling procedures.
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior industrial or automotive painting experience.
  • Demonstrated inspection capability.
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • High integrity with a strong safety focus.
